Committed to full-time Christian ministry for the past 21 years, Chris and his wife Billie Kaye and their four children have served at Emmanuel Baptist Church for the last six years. He had a definite conversion to Christ at the age of 13, then answered the call to ministry at the age of 17. Chris is currently completing his Master of Divinity degree through Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He sums up his goals with the "4 F's" - Chris strives to be:

Ministry Assistant

Denise's primary responsibility is assisting Brother Chris in ministry, which she fully understands takes many forms. From administrative support to serving as ministry assistant to financial secretary, Denise keeps the church office operating smoothly and sees the challenge as "a blessing in so many ways." She especially enjoys being able to participate in EBC's hospital and homebound ministry, being available in times of joy and times of sorrow. Denise is herself a two-time cancer survivor, a mother and a grandmother of three beautiful grandchildren.
